Rstl Ltd. is situated at 119-121 in Block Tnpt Fajulganj, right on Kalpi Road. If you have ever traveled down Kalpi Road, you know it is one of the busiest parts of the city with trucks and cars constantly moving. Our facility takes up a couple of units in the block. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of grease and noise around. We handle various industrial tasks here. The office is tucked away at the back, away from most of the noise, but you can still feel the vibrations when the heavy machinery is running. We don't really bother with any of that corporate talk about excellence or being the leaders in the field. We just come in and do what the job requires. Most of the staff has been here for years, and we just get on with it. The tea breaks are the best part of the day when we all sit around the loading dock. Sometimes the logistics of getting things in and out of Kalpi Road can be a real headache because of the traffic jams. But we manage somehow. We keep our records in thick folders and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a practical environment for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just keep our heads down and keep the work moving through the units.
