We are based right at Elite Crossing in Jhansi. If you know the Elite Cinema building, you know where we are. It’s a landmark that everyone recognizes. Being at such a busy crossing means we see a lot of people every day. We handle tours and travel arrangements, mostly focusing on helping people get their trips sorted without the usual stress. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a big marketing department or polished brochures. We just talk to people and figure out what they need for their travels. Sometimes it's a quick trip, other times it's something longer. The noise from the crossing can be quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people see new places. It’s hard work keeping track of everything, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door near the cinema. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the office can feel a bit cramped with all the maps and schedules lying around. But that’s just how it is when you’re right in the heart of the city. We’ve been here long enough that people just know us by name now. It’s a decent way to make a living, helping folks plan their journeys from this little corner of Jhansi. We have seen lots of things.
