Our office is over on Elite Sipri Road, right near the Sita Hotel in Jhansi. If you know that area, you know it stays pretty active throughout the day. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, helping people figure out their bus tickets or car rentals. It is not a large agency with a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the local routes and the best ways to get to the neighboring towns. The building isn't anything special, but it is easy to find because everyone knows the hotel nearby. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the desks, answering the phone, and making sure our drivers know where they are supposed to go next. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once asking for different things, but we just take it one person at a time. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our morning chai before the rush starts. Being in Jhansi City means we see all kinds of travelers, some just passing through and others who live here and need a reliable way to get to a wedding or a meeting. We don't do anything fancy, we just provide the transport that people ask for and try to keep things moving as best as we can without any unnecessary delays or complications. It is a basic setup, but it works for what people need.
