You can find us over at Metro Tower near the Jeevan Shah Triah. It is a very central spot in Jhansi, right near where the Dainik Jagran Press is located. If you are coming from Elite Chowraha, it is just a short distance away. The Jeevan Shah Chowk area is always full of activity, with people heading to work or running errands. Our office is in a busy building, so there is always noise from the street coming in. We handle a lot of different travel requests throughout the week. It might be a family looking for a big car for a trip or someone needing a quick ride to another part of the city. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the basics like a desk, some chairs for people to sit on, and a calendar to keep track of the days. The traffic around the triah can be a bit much during the evening rush hour, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time coordinating with our drivers and making sure everyone gets picked up on time. It is a straightforward business where we just try to be useful to the people who live in or visit Jhansi. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street while they are out in the Elite Chowraha area doing their own business.
