Sadguru Industrial Enterprises

Sadguru Industrial Enterprises is located out at C-36 in Phase 2 of the Industrial Area Growth Center in Bijauli. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where all the real industrial growth is happening. Our unit is a solid building that’s seen a lot of action over the years. We have a fairly large footprint here, which is necessary for the kind of industrial work we do. Inside, it’s mostly open space filled with various machines and workstations. The lighting is a bit industrial, with those long fluorescent tubes that hum a little when they’ve been on all day. We keep a pretty steady schedule, arriving before the sun gets too high and staying until the day’s work is accounted for. There isn't much in the way of decoration, maybe just some old safety signs and a few shelves for the staff to keep their lunch boxes and water bottles. The Bijauli area can get pretty dusty, so we are always wiping down the equipment to keep it from getting grimy. We don’t really have a sales team or anyone in a suit; it’s just the owners and the workers getting their hands dirty on the floor. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is on the output rather than the appearance of the office. We’ve grown with the center here, and it feels like a second home to most of us by now.
