Our shop is Shop N Umber - 6, right on Fort Road in Jhansi City. We are across from the SBI Main Chauraha, so it is a very easy place to find if you are heading towards the historical sites. We’ve been here for several years now, working as a small team to help people with their travel plans. Being near the fort means we see a lot of visitors, but we also help many locals with their daily needs. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a small shop where we keep our files and answer the phone. We do a lot of car bookings and help people figure out the best way to see the sights around Orchha and Jhansi. The traffic outside can be quite something, especially during the middle of the day. We are used to the noise by now. We don't use any complicated booking software. We just write things down and make sure our drivers know where to go. It is a very simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't interested in being some giant company. We like being a local shop where people can just walk in and talk to us directly. Sometimes we close a little early if it’s a slow day, but usually, you’ll find one of us here from morning until evening. It is just regular work for regular people.
