Adheera Software Solutions Private Limited is located in a place we call New House over in Chhaniapura, Jhansi. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for a while now. We aren't a big city firm with hundreds of employees in cubicles. We’re just a small group of people who know how to work with software and like to stay busy. Jhansi is a good place to be, and Chhaniapura is where we decided to set up our roots. The office isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. It’s just a house that we use for our daily work. We have our computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and a small kitchen where we make way too much tea during the winter. We started this because we wanted to bring some tech work to our own neighborhood instead of moving away to a bigger city like Delhi. It’s not always easy, but it’s ours. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits shaking hands. We’re just us. Sometimes the internet is slow or it gets too hot in the afternoon, but we get the work done regardless. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people in Jhansi who need us find us through friends or family. We like keeping things on a personal level. There’s no need for corporate talk here. We just listen and see if we can help.
