We are based over in Sector 9 of Jhajjar, not too far from the main bus stand. It’s a convenient location because there’s always people moving around that part of town. Our brick yard stays pretty busy most of the year, except when the monsoon really hits hard. We’ve got a regular crew that knows the routine well, from mixing the mud to stacking the finished products. You can hear the buses pulling in and out from where we work, which gives you a sense of how central we are. It’s a bit of a gritty job, and we don't try to hide that. We just focus on making sure the bricks are ready when someone needs them for a new shop or a home extension. Sector 9 has changed quite a bit since we first started, but the work we do remains pretty much the same. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us on the ground, making sure the kilns are running right. Most people who come to see us are from around Jhajjar, so we know many of our neighbors quite well. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. We spend our days out in the sun, making sure the stacks are high and the quality is what it should be for the local builders. It’s a lot of effort, but we are used to the hard work by now.
