Our office is right by the Ward Number 01 School in Para Village Bhaismundi. It is a handy spot because everyone knows where the school is. We go by Srishtipuja Farmers Producer Company Limited. Being in the Magarlod block means we are right in the middle of everything we need. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the soil and the weather better than anyone. We aren't some big firm from the city. We are just local farmers trying to work together. Sometimes the kids from the school make a lot of noise during recess, but we do not mind it. It makes the day feel lively. We handle the seeds, the harvests, and the selling part of the business. It gets pretty hectic around harvest time, and the tea shop down the road sees a lot of us. We do not have fancy desks, just a few sturdy tables and some chairs that have seen better days. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we would rather spend the money on better equipment for the fields. We talk to each other in the local dialect and don't worry too much about formal meetings. If there is a problem, we just stand around and talk until we figure it out. It is a basic way of doing things, but it works for us in Bhaismundi. We just want to get the job done right.
