You can find us at Shop No 12 in the Super Market area of Kharangajhar, over in Telco. It’s a small shop, mostly used for storing our equipment and taking orders. The Telco side of town has a specific feel to it, and we’ve been part of this community for quite a bit. Our days are mostly about logistics. We check the inventory, clean the utensils, and make sure the stove burners are working right. It isn’t a glamorous job. There is a lot of scrubbing involved after every event. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just cook and bring the food over. The Super Market area is usually buzzing, so there’s never a quiet moment outside our door. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to chat while we’re packing up. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is loaded onto the tempo correctly. Sometimes we run out of space in the shop because we have so many big pans. We’ve learned to work in tight spaces. It’s a practical life, and we don't think too much about it. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s the way we’ve always handled things here in Telco. We aren't doing any fancy marketing, just keeping the shop open for business daily.
