Omega

We have been here at C 5 in Sakchi for a while now. Most people in Jamshedpur know this part of town pretty well because it is right near the Jama Masjid Sakchi. It gets quite busy around here on certain days of the week, especially when people are coming and going from the mosque. Our space is just a regular setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We spend most of our mornings opening up the shutters and getting the desk ready. The fan makes a bit of noise but it helps with the heat. You can hear the traffic from the main road if you leave the door open. Sometimes it is hard to find parking right in front of the building so we end up walking from a bit further away. Jamshedpur 831001 is a crowded area but it feels like home to us. We have grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood over the years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but it works for what we need right now. People drop by just to say hello or ask for directions sometimes. It is a simple place to work. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name Omega on the door. It stays fairly quiet inside during the afternoons when the sun is high. We keep our files organized in old metal cabinets. It is just how we do things here in Sakchi.
