Our kitchen is on the ground floor of Sai Jambhu Tower, right on the Main Road in Bhalubasa, Jamshedpur. We are very close to the Hanuman Mandir, so you can often hear the temple bells while we are working. It’s a busy place with a lot of cooking going on. We handle catering for all sorts of local events around the 831001 area. The air usually smells like spices and fried food. We aren't a big fancy company; it’s just a group of us who enjoy making food for others. We spend most of our time chopping vegetables, stirring big pots, and packing containers. It gets really hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer, but we keep at it. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a big order, but we manage to get the food out on time. We don't use any high-tech gadgets; it’s just traditional cooking with big pans and ladles. Our delivery van is always on the go, dropping off meals at different houses or halls. We know most of the people in the Bhalubasa neighborhood. It’s simple, honest work, and we like being part of the community here in Jamshedpur. If you walk by Sai Jambhu Tower, you’ll probably see us unloading sacks of rice or crates of vegetables. It’s just what we do every day. We usually finish up late and then start all over again the next morning with fresh supplies.
