Student Care

You can find Student Care in the State Bank Building over in New Rani Kudar. We are in the Kadma area of Jamshedpur, right near the Hind Club. Being in the bank building makes it easy for people to find us, even if they have never been to this part of town before. The office is on one of the upper floors, so there are some stairs to climb. We have a few rooms set up with basic chairs and tables. The walls are painted a light color that has started to peel a bit in the corners. We have a big window that looks out over the street, and you can see the bank customers coming and going all day. There is a small shelf near the door where we keep some forms and a pen tied to a string so it does not get lost. The space is not very big, but we make the most of it. We have a small fan that rattles a bit when it is on high speed. Most of the people who come here are from the local neighborhood or the nearby schools. We do not spend much money on fancy things, we just keep the place functional for the staff and the students. There is usually a bit of dust because of the industrial air in Jamshedpur, so we are always wiping down the tables. It is a quiet place where we focus on helping the kids with their studies.
