We have been operating out of Akashdeep Plaza in Golmuri for quite a while now. Jamshedpur is where we live and work, so we know the area like the back of our hands. Our office is tucked away at number 3, and it is usually a bit of a mess with papers and equipment scattered around. We do not have a fancy front desk or a team of people in suits. It is mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks trying to get things organized for the next event. Sometimes the elevators in the plaza are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. Putting together an event involves a lot of running around and making phone calls to vendors who are sometimes late. We spend our days making sure there are enough chairs and that the lights actually turn on when they are supposed to. It is not always a smooth process, and we have had our fair share of long nights where things did not go exactly as planned. We just try to be honest with people and do the work that needs doing. Most folks in Golmuri know where to find us if they need something. We are just regular people who enjoy being part of the local community here. We do not use big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We just show up and get the job done as best as we can.
