Growup Event & Promotion

It's just us over here on Q Road in Bistupur. We've been at Quarter No 5/1 for a while now, right near the Avishkar Building. Most days you'll find us sorting through gear or on the phone trying to get things lined up for the next local gathering. Jamshedpur is a busy place, and events take a lot of legwork that people don't always see. We spend plenty of time hauling stuff around in the heat. It’s not a fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when two things happen on the same weekend, but we manage. If you’re walking past the building, you might see us loading up the van. We do a lot of small stuff, too, not just the big promotions. It's mostly about keeping track of the small details so nothing gets missed at the last minute. We know the local area well since we've been here. Sometimes the traffic on Q Road is a mess, so we try to leave early for everything. It's hard work, but we're used to it. We keep our supplies organized as much as possible, though the office usually has piles of banners and flyers everywhere. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated, just a small team trying to keep things moving. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs while we plan things out. The walls are covered in old calendars and notes that we haven't taken down yet. It's a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Growup Event & Promotion is just what we do every day.
