Ghoshs Chimney

If you go down Pennar Road in Sakchi, near the Sitla Mata Mandir, you’ll find our little shop at number 7/68. It’s not a huge place, but we pack a lot of work into it every day. Being near the mandir means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and energy around us. We’ve been part of the Sakchi neighborhood for a while, and we like the bustle of the area. We focus on our cooking and don't worry too much about the rest of it. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just open up the shop, get the fires going, and start preparing whatever is on the list for the day. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up or organize the pantry. Other days are a complete whirlwind where we barely have time to breathe. We just take it as it comes. The people who work here are like family, and we’ve all been through the ups and downs of running a small business together. We try to keep our prices fair and our portions decent. We use what we can find at the local markets and try to keep things simple. It’s just about making good food that people enjoy eating without any of the extra fuss that some bigger places have. It's a modest setup but it works for us and the people who come here.
