Vrundavan Events

Vrundavan Events is located in Jamnagar, specifically at Rudraksh Vrundavan Society on the Main Road. We started this business right here in our own neighborhood. Being on the main road makes it easy for people to drop by when they are planning something. We do all sorts of events, mostly local ones for families living nearby. The office is a simple place where we keep our files and some samples of the work we have done before. Jamnagar is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. We know many of our clients personally since they are often our neighbors or friends of friends. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different venues checking on things. Our team is small, just a couple of us who have lived here our whole lives. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the society office gets a bit busy with kids playing outside or people coming and going. It’s a very local atmosphere. We keep our supplies in a small store room nearby. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the local decorators and caterers are on the same page as us. It’s practical work and it keeps us connected to the community here in Jamnagar. There is always someone coming by to chat about an upcoming function.
