Arman Event Management

Our office is right at 109 Indraoratsh Cplx, near the Pancheshwar Tower Chowk in Jamnagar. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Arman Event Management is run from this small office on the first floor. We spend most of our time on the phone or running out to meet people at different venues across Jamnagar. Planning events sounds like it would be exciting all the time, but it’s actually a lot of checking lists and making sure the tent guy shows up on time. We’ve been at Pancheshwar Tower Chowk for a good while, and it’s a handy location because everyone knows the tower. Our office is a bit cluttered with samples and old files, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big staff. It's just a couple of us who know how to get things done. We aren't a high-end consultancy; we’re just local people helping other local people with their weddings and parties. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flower delivery being late, and we just have to scramble to fix it. That's the nature of the job. We don't use any fancy software to manage things—mostly just notebooks and our own memories. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us and the people who come to see us in Jamnagar. We just try to stay organized and keep everyone happy.
