Dj Khodiyar

Jamnagar is where we started, right on Pancheshwar Tower Road. It's a busy spot, especially near Lohana Samaj Wadi where things are always happening. Most days you'll find us checking our speakers or making sure the cables aren't frayed from the last party. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls, just a local setup that knows how loud a wedding needs to be. Sometimes the weather gets bad and we have to cover everything with plastic sheets, but we make it work. It's mostly about showing up on time and not blowing a fuse when the bass hits. We’ve been around this neighborhood long enough that people know the sound of our tracks before they even see the van. It's not always pretty work, hauling heavy amps up narrow stairs or dealing with the heat, but it’s what we do. My hands are usually dusty from moving gear and my ears ring a bit by the end of the night. We keep our equipment in the back and spend most of our time out at the actual venues anyway. If you've walked past the tower lately, you probably saw us loading or unloading. It's a simple life here in Jamnagar, just making sure the music doesn't stop and the lights stay on while everyone else is dancing. Dj Khodiyar is just what we do to keep the town moving. We take our gear wherever the party is and stay until the sun comes up.
