Tata Chemicals Ltd

Our spot is at 220 in the Hostel Complex, right inside the TCL Township in Mithapur. It is a bit of a different vibe being in the hostel area. You get to see a lot of people coming and going at all hours. The building itself is older, but it holds up well against the salty air from the coast. We have our small room set up here where we manage the daily tasks for Tata Chemicals Ltd. It isn’t a massive office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it’s a functional space where we keep our registers and the computer. Usually, the hallway is quiet during the middle of the day when everyone is out at the plant, but it gets livelier in the evenings. We’ve lived and worked in this township long enough that the sounds of the machinery in the distance just become background noise. Sometimes we have to share the common areas, which can be a bit crowded, but you get used to it. The breeze comes through the window if you leave it open, though it brings in some dust too. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We have what we need to get through the day's list of things to do. It’s a simple life here in Gujarat 361345. We grab our meals at the canteen nearby and then head back to 220 to finish up whatever paperwork is left on the desk.
