Atul Co.

Atul Co. is down here in Amba Vadi, right on Dwarka Dwesh Road. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get during the rush hour. Our place is easy to spot once you’re on the main road. It’s not a very big space, but it’s ours. We’ve got shelves lining the walls and a heavy wooden desk where most of the paperwork gets done. The floor is made of old stone, and it stays cool even when the sun is beating down on the street outside. We usually start the day by sweeping out the front. People stop by just to say hello sometimes, even if they aren't looking to buy anything. That’s just how it is around here. We don’t really bother with flashy displays or big advertisements. The sign above the door has been there for years and the paint is peeling a little at the edges, but everyone knows who we are. There’s always a bit of a breeze coming off the road, which helps with the heat. Sometimes we sit on the stools near the entrance and just watch the cars go by when things are slow. It’s a steady kind of life. We handle what comes our way and don’t try to be anything we aren't. Just a local business on a busy road, keeping the doors open and the books balanced as best as we can. We are here every day except Sunday.
