Reliance Engineering Associates P.Ltd. is a Ril Group Company, and we operate out of Jamnagar. Our office is located at Mr. M.K. Parsana’s place, which is number 22 in Nalanda Society. It’s quite easy to find since it’s near Gayatri School and right opposite the T.B. Hospital. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a stiff corporate office. We’ve got a regular routine here. We handle various engineering matters, often surrounded by stacks of technical manuals and project files. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we aren't wearing suits every day or anything like that. It’s more about getting the actual work done. Being in Jamnagar, we are part of the local community. We see the school kids and the hospital visitors passing by. Our setup is simple. We have the computers and the equipment we need, and that’s about it. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or trying to impress people with big words. It’s just us, working through the engineering tasks we have on our plate. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have big deadlines, but we just push through. It’s a practical, local office where the focus is strictly on the job at hand. We like the fact that it feels more like a workspace than a showroom. Most of the time we just keep to ourselves and get on with it.
