You can find us at Plot No. 776 in Phase-2 of the Gidc. We aren't a big fancy engineering firm with glass walls; we’re a machine shop through and through. The floor is usually covered in a bit of oil and metal shavings, which is just part of the job. We have several lathes and milling machines that have been running for years, and they still do the job just fine. Our guys are usually covered in grease by lunchtime, and that’s how we know the work is getting done. We don't spend money on marketing or polished brochures. Most people come to us because they have a part that broke or they need something fabricated to a specific size. We spend our days measuring things with calipers and making sure the cuts are straight. It’s a noisy place with the sound of metal hitting metal and the hum of the motors. We have a small office in the corner where the fan wobbles a bit, but it keeps us cool enough while we’re doing the billing. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, especially if the material is hard to work with, but we just stay late and finish it up. It’s just the way things go in a workshop like this. We like the work, and we like being part of the Phase-2 community here. It's busy but good.
