Punj Lloyd Ltd

Our office is on the ground floor of Sri Lakshmi Nivas, 49-39-24/2, Akkayyyapalem, Vishakapatnam-530016. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the area. We’ve been set up here for a bit, handling the local side of things for Punj Lloyd Ltd. Most of the time, the office is a bit of a mess with papers and maps everywhere because there is always something going on with our projects nearby. It isn't a high-rise glass building or anything like that, just a regular ground-floor space where we get our work done. We have a small crew here. Some of us handle the paperwork and others are coming in and out from the sites. The traffic in Akkayyyapalem can be a bit much in the mornings, but we manage. We deal with a lot of different vendors and people from the community. It’s just straightforward work. We don't have a marketing team here; we just have people who know how to manage construction and engineering tasks. When someone stops by, they usually find us busy on the phone or looking over schedules. It can get a little loud when everyone is talking at once, but we like the energy. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to stay on top of the daily grind without making a big fuss about it. We’re just here working.
