We set up Softech Infotech in the Indraprasth Complex, specifically in units A-124 and 125. It’s located on Pancheshwar Tower Road, which is a pretty well-known street around here. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has slowly filled up with old hardware and stacks of papers. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is when we need it. We handle a lot of info-tech tasks for local folks and businesses nearby. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and solving problems as they pop up on the screen. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, drink some tea, and get to work. Sometimes the traffic on Pancheshwar Tower Road is so loud we have to close the windows, but usually, it’s just the hum of our computers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We’re just happy to have a steady stream of work and a place to do it. People know us for being straightforward. If something is going to take three days, we tell them it will take three days. We don't like to overcomplicate things with fancy words or promises we can't keep. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far in this complex. We like being right in the middle of the action here on the tower road.
