Our office is in the Prasad building, which sits right opposite Parekh Bag in Lalpur. It is in the Jamnagar district. This might not be the most common place to find a software company, but it works for us. We like the pace of life here. We spend our work hours in front of monitors, writing code and trying to fix bugs for Ways Software Pvt. Ltd. It is technical work, but we are just normal people doing a job. Having the park right across from us is nice when we need to step away from the screens for a minute. We are not a flashy startup with a bunch of perks. We just have our desks, our computers, and a kettle for making tea. The internet connection in Lalpur can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but we have learned how to manage. We do not have anyone doing marketing or sales. We just focus on the software we are building. We have been in this spot for a while, and most people in town just know us as the folks who work on computers. It is a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One day I might be writing a script, and the next day I am helping fix a desk or talking to a neighbor. It is very practical. We do not make big, empty promises. We just build what our clients need and try to keep things running smoothly.
