We are located in Rewa over at H-83 in J. P. Nagar which is right by the J. P. Rewa Cement area. Because we are so close to the industrial side of things there is often a bit of dust in the air and the sound of heavy machinery in the distance. The office itself is quite basic and serves as a hub for our activities in this part of Madhya Pradesh. We have a few sturdy tables and chairs and the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a couple of notices. It is a very functional setup designed for people who are used to working in industrial settings. We spend our time coordinating movements and keeping track of the supplies coming in and out. The people working here are straightforward and don't spend much time on small talk. We have a routine that revolves around the shifts at the nearby plant. It can be a bit lonely out here sometimes but we have a good group that looks out for each other. There is no air conditioning just the windows open to catch whatever breeze there is. We manage everything with basic tools and a lot of manual record-keeping. It is honest work in a tough environment and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. It is just where we are and what we do every day.
