Our office is situated at D. No. 7-13-13 in Darganagar, which is over in Peddapuram. If you know the East Godavari district, you probably know the area. It’s a quiet enough spot but we keep busy. G. Govinda Raju is one of the main contacts here. This branch of Larsen and Toubro handles the local projects and coordination for this part of Andhra Pradesh. We deal with a lot of construction logistics. There is usually a lot going on with local suppliers and site managers coming in and out. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual desks and computers, and it feels like a regular workplace. Nothing too special to look at. We focus on the work at hand, which is usually making sure the engineering projects stay on track. Peddapuram is a decent place to work out of. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that is how construction goes. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up more than others.
