Krishna Computers

Krishna Computers is located in the S. P. Chamber on Station Road. Being on Station Road means there is always a lot of noise and people rushing to catch their trains or coming back from work. Our shop in S. P. Chamber is in a very busy spot, which is good because people can just drop off their computers on their way somewhere else. The space inside is fairly simple. We have a few counters where we put the systems we are working on. It’s often a bit crowded with boxes and equipment, especially when we get a big shipment of parts in. I started this shop because I’ve always been interested in how computers work. I don't have any big philosophy about it; I just enjoy fixing things and seeing them work again. We get all kinds of people coming in, from students to older folks who are having trouble with their internet or their mouse. We try to explain things simply without using too much technical talk that might confuse people. The rent on Station Road isn't cheap, so we have to keep busy to make ends meet. It’s a lot of hours, but I like the independence of having my own place. We’ve been here for a while and most of the other shop owners nearby are friends now. It’s just a normal, local business doing its thing every day.
