You can find Biax Group over at A - 8 in the GIDC Indl. Estate in Udyognagar. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving. There’s always a truck backing in or someone unloading something next door. We’ve set up shop here because it’s where the actual work happens. It’s dusty and loud most of the time, but we don't mind that much. Our space is packed with everything we need to keep things running. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie. Most of us are in work clothes that have seen better days. We’ve been part of Udyognagar for a while and seen a lot of businesses come and go. We just keep doing what we do. There’s no big secret to how we run things; we just show up and put in the hours. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery is late, but we just deal with it. It’s a practical way of living. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a front desk waiting to greet people. Usually, if you walk in, you have to shout a bit to get someone’s attention over the noise of the machines. We focus on the tasks at hand and try not to get distracted by things that don't matter. It’s a hard-working environment and we're proud of the fact that we stay busy without needing a lot of flash.
