We are currently working out of the Camp Eil Borl Cot Project Site in Vadinar. This is Engineers India Ltd Through Dis. It’s a site office, so things are a bit different here than in a city building. We are based right where the project is happening. The pin code is 361010. It can be a bit dusty and loud because it’s a construction area, but that is part of the job. We have our temporary setups and cabins to handle the daily tasks. It’s not the kind of place with carpets or nice art on the walls. It’s all about the project work here in Gujarat. Living and working at the camp means we are always close to the site. The team stays here and we get our meals together. It’s a very practical way to manage everything. You won't find any corporate fluff at this location. We are here to see the work through to the end. The sun gets pretty hot during the day in Vadinar. We just keep going until the shift is over. Everything we need is right here at the project site. It is a hardworking environment, simple and direct. We deal with whatever comes up on the ground. Sometimes the wind blows really hard off the coast, and things get a bit messy, but we just clean it up and carry on. It's not a glamorous life, but it’s real work that needs doing. Most of us have been on sites like this for years.
