S & S Computer Tech Pvt Ltd is right at Shivaji Chowk in Nanak Nagar. If you know the chowk, you know where we are. Our office is usually a bit of a mess because that is just the nature of working with computers. We have bits of hardware, open casings, and tools scattered across the workbenches. We started this because we liked taking things apart and seeing how they worked. Now, we spend our days fixing laptops, setting up networks, and helping people with whatever tech problems they have. It is not a shiny corporate IT office. It is a place where we get our hands dirty with thermal paste and dust. Nanak Nagar is a lively area, and being at the chowk means we see a lot of people every day. Sometimes people just drop in because their computer started making a weird noise or won't turn on. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and searching for parts. It can be frustrating when a problem is hard to find, but we enjoy the challenge of getting a machine back to life. We are just a few guys who know our way around a motherboard and some code. We stay open late most nights because that is when the work finally gets quiet enough to really focus. It is simple work, but it keeps the lights on.
