You can find us in Jammu, right near the Pahalwan Sweets factory in Sanjay Nagar. Being at 186/1 means we can always smell the sugar and fried snacks when the wind blows the right way in the afternoon. It’s a busy little area with a lot of foot traffic. The office is a bit old-fashioned and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it works fine for us. We handle money matters for local people who come in from the nearby streets. It’s not a high-tech bank branch with glass partitions. We have wooden desks and some old chairs for visitors to sit on while we go through their documents and explain the details. The street outside is always noisy with scooters and people going to the shops for their groceries. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the phone, but we manage somehow. In the winter, it gets really chilly here, so we keep a small heater under the desk to stay warm. Most of our regulars are folks from the neighborhood who know us by name and stop to say hello even if they don't have business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the math and filling out forms. If you’re looking for the place, just find the sweet factory and we are right there. We spend a lot of time just talking to people.
