Icicipru As Unit Manager

We are based over in Channi Himmat, Section 1 Extension, at House number 22. It’s a bit of a residential area, which makes it easier for people to find us without fighting heavy city traffic. This is where we handle the unit management for Icicipru. It’s mostly just a few of us working together in a small team. We have meetings, talk to people about their plans, and try to keep everything organized. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers and a few chairs for visitors to sit in. It’s not a high-rise building. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a local spot. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for the generator, but we just carry on. We drink a lot of water because it gets so warm in Jammu during the summer. People come by in the mornings usually. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to different clients or checking on their files. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just sit here, do the math, and fill out the forms. Channi Himmat is a nice part of town. We see the same neighbors every day. It’s a steady kind of life here at the office. We just do our bit and go home when the work is finally finished for the day.
