Ar Designer And Architects

We’ve been setting up shop here on Ranbir Library Road for a while now. If you know Jammu, you know how busy it gets around Ranbir Chowk. Our office is right in the middle of it. It’s not a fancy place, just where we sit down with our rulers and big rolls of paper to figure out how to make buildings work. Sometimes the noise from the street gets loud, but we’re used to it. Ar Designer And Architects is just a small team of us. We spend most of our days looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. When someone walks in, they usually see a mess of pencils and coffee mugs on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but when you're deep into a design, things just pile up. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Being near the library is nice because it’s a landmark everyone knows. We don't really do big speeches about what we do. It’s mostly just drawing walls, windows, and making sure the roof stays up. We deal with the local building rules and try to get things done without too much fuss. It’s hard work, and sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close. It’s just how it goes in this business. We like being part of the neighborhood here in the 180001 area. It’s home for us.
