Hotel Del Pretom

Hotel Del Pretom is located on D.B.C. Road, right in the Kadamtala area. It’s a local spot that’s been part of the neighborhood for as long as many of us can remember. The street outside can be a bit loud with the shops and people moving about their day, but that’s just Kadamtala for you. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just a handful of us making sure the rooms are ready and the lights are on. D.B.C. Road is one of those places where everyone seems to know each other, so we often see neighbors waving as they go by. The hotel itself is pretty simple. We don't have any of those fancy modern glass walls or anything like that. It’s a solid building with rooms that provide what you need for a night or two. We spend our afternoons mostly catching up on laundry or fixing little things that break here and there. It’s the kind of work that never really ends. Guests usually arrive in the evening, tired from their journey. We give them the keys, tell them where the nearest food is, and let them be. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us. Living and working here on D.B.C. Road feels natural, and we just take each day as it comes without too much fuss or extra planning.
