Sadgurus Lime N Chilli Food Junction

We’re over at the Stadium Complex in Jalgaon, right across from the State Bank of India. It’s a busy corner of town, especially when there’s something going on at the stadium. We’ve got a small spot here that we call the Food Junction. It’s not a big restaurant where you need a reservation. Most people just drop in when they’re hungry or waiting for someone at the bank. The name is a bit long, but people mostly just know us for the food. We keep things simple in the kitchen. There isn’t a lot of space for extra stuff, so we focus on what we can cook well. My staff and I work pretty close together. Sometimes it gets a little loud when we’re all moving fast. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just hope people like what they eat and come back again. The chairs are just plastic ones, and the tables are easy to wipe down. It’s a practical setup for a place like this. We see a lot of students and office workers throughout the day. In the evenings, families sometimes stop by after a walk. It’s a good life here in Jalgaon. We just do our own thing and try to keep everyone fed. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the local scene. We just turn on the lights, open the doors, and start cooking every single morning.
