Abhinandan Food Plaza

Our place is located right near the railway station on Nashik Road, specifically at Mukand Kunj on Dr. Ambedkar Road. Being so close to the station means we see a lot of travelers coming and going at all hours of the day and night. It is a bit of a hectic spot sometimes because of all the noise. We started the food plaza because we saw how many people needed a decent meal before catching a long-distance train. The kitchen stays active throughout the day without much of a break. We have different sections for different types of food, so there is always something being prepped or cooked by the staff. It gets noisy with the traffic outside and the sound of the trains whistling, but that is just life in this part of town. We do not do anything too fancy with the food presentation. It is more about getting the food onto the plate and to the person quickly so they do not miss their ride. The staff here has been with us for a good bit of time, so we all know the daily drill. We spend our mornings cleaning up and getting all the ingredients ready for the lunch rush. Late evenings are usually our busiest time when people are heading back home from work. It is not a quiet cafe, it is just a place for eating. We just try to keep the kitchen running.
