Qatalytic Technosystems Private Limited

Qatalytic Technosystems is located in Varangaon, which is in the Jalgaon district. We work out of House Number 3790 in Jagdamba Nagar. It is a residential area, so our office is basically a house. This makes the whole atmosphere feel very relaxed. We aren’t like those big firms in the cities with glass walls and security guards. It is just a door on a normal street where kids play in the evenings. We have been here for some time now. The team is quite small, so we all know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat. We do technical work on systems and software. Most of our day is spent at our desks, but we take breaks to chat or have some tea. Jalgaon gets extremely hot, so we usually keep the curtains drawn to stay cool. We don't have a lot of rules about what to wear or when to take lunch. As long as the work gets done, everyone is happy. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but we have a backup to keep the computers running. It’s a simple way of working. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people in the area just know us as the tech guys from Jagdamba Nagar. We just try to do an honest day’s work and keep our clients satisfied. It is a quiet but busy little place for us where we just focus on the daily chores.
