Soyo Systems

Soyo Systems is located right in the industrial heart of things at M-91 in the MIDC area. It’s an industrial plot, so you can imagine the surroundings are mostly factories and workshops. We’ve got a decent-sized space here where we handle various system-related tasks. It gets pretty noisy during the day with all the machinery running in the neighboring units. Our own place is a mix of an office and a small workspace. We don’t have any fancy decorations or carpets. It’s mostly concrete floors and sturdy workbenches. We spend our time fixing things or putting systems together for other businesses in the area. Being in MIDC means we are close to our suppliers, which makes things easier. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the heavy trucks on the road, but we’re used to it by now. We usually start early before the sun gets too hot. There’s a small canteen nearby where we get lunch. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local outfit trying to keep things running smoothly for our customers. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years. It’s a practical environment. We don't waste time on meetings that aren't necessary. We just get the work done and move on to the next thing. The electricity goes out sometimes, but we have a backup to keep the tools running. It’s just part of the job for us in this sector.
