Smaart Pharmaceuticals is located at B- 23 in the Midc area. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It is a busy environment with trucks coming and going all the time. Our building is pretty straightforward, nothing fancy on the outside. Inside, we have our equipment and storage areas. We deal with various pharmaceutical products and supplies. It is a lot of inventory management and making sure everything is stored properly according to the rules. We have a small team of workers who know their jobs well. We do not have a big marketing department or a flashy office. Most of our work is about getting the orders right and making sure they go out on time to the clients. The noise from the neighboring units is something you get used to after a week. We keep things clean and tidy because that is important in this line of work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we stay on top of it. It is a practical business, focusing on the day-to-day operations. We have been in this Midc spot for a good number of years now. We know the security guards at the gate and the other business owners nearby. It is just a regular day of work for us here, making sure we provide what people need from a pharmacy supplier. We just keep our heads down and work.
