Kiran Pipe Industries

Our factory is situated at Plot No M 84 in the Jalgaon Midc area, right on the Bsl Road. You can find us directly opposite the Godavari Engineering College, which is a big landmark around here. Kiran Pipe Industries is where we manufacture different kinds of pipes for industrial and agricultural use. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by other plants and workshops, so it’s a very busy industrial environment. Across the road, we see the students coming and going from the college all day, which is a bit different from our side of the street where it’s all about trucks and heavy machinery. Inside our unit, we have the extruders and the cooling tanks that run for hours at a time. It’s a noisy place with the hum of the motors and the sound of plastic being processed. We have to keep a close eye on the temperature and the pressure to make sure the pipes come out the way they should. The floor is usually wet in some places because of the cooling water we use in the production line. We have a small crew of guys who work the shifts and keep the machines fed with raw material. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving the finished pipes to the yard and stacking them up. We just focus on the manufacturing and try to keep up with the schedule of what needs to be made that week.
