Shree Vaibhav Industries

You’ll find Shree Vaibhav Industries over at C-17 in the MIDC section. It’s a straightforward workshop where we do our daily business. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the place has definitely seen better days, but it serves us well. There isn't any corporate gloss here. It's just a bunch of us working with our hands and trying to stay on top of the schedule. The floor is usually covered in scrap and tools, but we know where everything is. The MIDC area is always buzzing with the sound of different factories, so it's never really quiet. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to get done before the machines get turned on. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from other businesses nearby. Sometimes the rain leaks through a small spot in the roof, and we have to put a bucket down, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It’s one of those things on the long list of chores. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us. It’s a simple operation, really. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. There aren't many surprises, and that is honestly how we like it to be. It is just steady, honest work every single day.
