Our family has been running things here at Plot No.18 in Tulsi Nagar for quite some time. We’re right on Vanjola Road in Bhusawal. It’s a simple operation where we handle various food products. The building is an older one, and you can tell by the way the walls look, but it does the job. Since we are a family outfit, it’s usually just a few of us running around between the storage area and the small office space. The heat in Bhusawal can be really something else, so we have a few big pedestal fans that stay on all day long. They make a lot of noise, but you get used to it. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and people we’ve known for years. There’s no big sign outside, just a sense of routine. We spend our mornings checking the quality of what comes in. If a bag is torn or something looks off, we have to sort it out immediately. It’s hands-on work. We don’t use a lot of fancy software; most of our notes are still on paper pads or pinned to a corkboard. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. In the evenings, we wrap things up and make sure the shutters are locked tight. It’s just a local food business trying to keep things moving. We take a lot of pride in just being a steady presence in the Tulsi Nagar neighborhood for all these years.
