Bhagyashree Engineering Industries

Our shop is tucked away in Muktainagar at Gat No. 107/4, specifically at Plot No. 6 in the Pimprala Shivar area. Being near the railway station means we hear the trains going by all day long, which you just get used to after a week or two. Bhagyashree Engineering Industries is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. There’s always some machine running or someone clanking away with tools. It isn't the quietest place to spend your time, but we like the pace of it. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and then trying to make the metal do what it’s supposed to do. Sometimes things don’t fit right the first time and we have to start over, which is frustrating but that’s engineering for you. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. We’ve got a small crew here and we all know each other's habits by now. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there is always something that needs finishing. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just run the machines, fix what’s broken, and try to keep up with the work that comes in from around town. It’s a simple setup we have here near the tracks, nothing too complicated, just a lot of hard work and making sure the measurements are right.
