Aachi Masala

We operate out of Sai Associates in the Ayodhya Nagar part of Jalgaon. If you know where Swagat Stores is in the MIDC area, we are right near there. It is a busy industrial zone, so there is always something going on around us with trucks and deliveries. Aachi Masala has its roots here, and we like the grit of being in an area like this. It is not a fancy neighborhood, but it is where things get made. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We don't have much in the way of a lobby or a waiting room because we are usually too busy working in the back. The heat in Jalgaon can be tough in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We chose this spot because it was practical for getting supplies in and out without much trouble. Being near the MIDC makes logistics a bit easier for us. Most of the people working here live nearby in Ayodhya Nagar. It feels like a local effort. We don't really do big advertising campaigns or anything like that. Word of mouth around the neighborhood is usually how people hear about us. We just focus on making sure the masala is ready and the orders are packed for the day. It is a lot of repetition, but it is honest work. We are just a group of people trying to run a business in a busy town.
