Vibhs Tour & Travels

My shop, Vibhs Tour & Travels, is located right in Jalandhar City. If you know where the Old Court is, we are just opposite that, not too far from the Plaza Hotel Chowk. It is a busy area with lots of people moving around all day. I started this place because I wanted to help people get their travel plans sorted without too much fuss. We handle all sorts of things like booking cars for trips or getting bus tickets ready. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a simple room where we sit and talk to customers. Most days I am here from early morning. I handle the phone calls and my staff looks after the vehicle schedules. Jalandhar 144001 is where I grew up, so staying here made sense. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that is just how it goes in a local business. We don't use any fancy software, just a basic computer and some registers to keep track of who is going where. People stop by on their way to the court or when they are staying at the hotels nearby. We try to be helpful and give clear answers about prices and timings. It’s regular work, nothing fancy. We just focus on getting the job done so people can get to their destination.
