You can find us in the basement level, specifically Lgf 6, at Arora Prime Tower. We are right next to Hotel President, which makes it easy for people to spot us if they are looking for the building. Being in the lower ground floor means we don’t get a lot of natural light, but we’ve got plenty of lamps to keep the place bright. The office is quite small and mostly filled with desks, chairs for visitors, and stacks of travel brochures. There’s a computer on every desk and the printers are usually humming as we get tickets and itineraries ready. People come in to ask about bus routes, train timings, or perhaps to book a car for a trip out of town. It can get a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone is trying to go somewhere at the same time. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, checking availability or confirming bookings with different hotels. The lobby of the tower is always busy with people coming in and out of the various offices, and since we are near the hotel, we see a lot of travelers passing by. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who stops in. It isn't a glamorous travel agency with huge posters on every wall; it’s more of a practical spot where we help people figure out their travel plans. We just sit here, handle the bookings, and try to make sure everything is in order.
