Travel Ginie

Our office is in the Dub Complex, up on the second floor. We are right across from the Passport Office near the Police Line in Jalandhar. This location means we meet a lot of people who are right in the middle of sorting out their travel documents. It’s a very busy part of the city. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you get inside, it’s a decent enough space. We have a few computers set up and a table where we can sit and talk with visitors. I’ve seen thousands of people come through that passport office across the street. Many of them come to us afterward to figure out their flight tickets or visa details. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. We have some old files and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when the sun hits the building in the afternoon, so it can get a little warm. We just focus on the work at hand and try to get the bookings right. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just do the paperwork and help people navigate the travel rules. It is a lot of waiting on hold with airlines and typing in names. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving.
