We are located on the third floor of SCF 25-26 in Urban Estate Phase 1. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a nice enough spot once you get here. We’ve been in Jalandhar for quite a while now. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper everywhere. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens and talking on the phone. We help people figure out their travel plans, whether it’s for work or just a vacation. Urban Estate is a good area, and we have a lot of regular customers from the nearby houses. We aren't some big, polished company. It's just us, working hard to get the details right. Sometimes we make mistakes, like a typo on a form, but we always fix them. We try to be helpful and just explain things in plain English. We don't use any marketing tricks. If a trip is expensive, we say it is. If there's a cheaper way, we find it. We've lived in this city our whole lives and we like being part of the local scene. It gets quiet in the afternoons sometimes, which is nice. We usually have a pot of tea on the go. If you're around Phase 1, you can come up and see us. We’re usually here in the office.
